We loved the elegant atmosphere and an exceptional view from our window. Truly very amiable personal. Its room was outstanding and the bed was very spacious. The breakfast offered was satisfactory, LOVELY food. Picturesque location - around 5 minutes walk from piccadilly circus subway station. Great value, best base for short stay.

Had delightful stay overall. The location was phenomenal less than 5 minutes' stroll to carnaby street. Brilliant service and perfect check in too. The breakfast was very very good, included plenty of cereals, hot waffles and pastries.

We didn't like the bed, it was uncomfortable yet we had an enjoyable stay. We really enjoyed how responsive the staff was. Easy check-in & late check-out, friendly service. Besides, free Wi-Fi was excellent. Just a walk down to train stations.
It's a pity but the bathroom was so small.
